Team Success (TS) provides prevention, early intervention, education and counseling services to students throughout Sonoma County.  Working collaboratively with the whole school community TS does outreach activities, teacher and admin consultations, and direct student support, all focused on increasing the wellbeing of the whole school community.  SOS TS counselors provide a range of services that impact students’ ability to experience success in school, home, and their community.

Services include

• Screenings:  Identify mental health and other needs among students, provide referrals to resources on and off campus, ensure that students/families are connected to services.
• Mental Health Support:  Individual and group counseling services for those who would not receive the mental health treatment they need due to various barriers.
• Education and Outreach:  Reducing mental health stigma, increasing access to mental health support and school connectedness with peers and adults through presentations and classes provided to students, parents and teachers.
• School Wide Support:  Team success staff become a part of the school y participating in various awareness activities, staff presentations, consultation and collaboration.
